The Health Plex is an absolute beautiful and clean facility! All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and I 100% recommend a personal trainer! My one on one training with Tyler has been priceless! I can tell a major difference even after 3 weeks!

Ruth Bosarge and Anne are awesome Physical Therapists. I won’t go anywhere else. My grand daughter has Lupus and it’s necessary that she gets her therapy. I have back problems. I feel so much better when they get through with my old bones!!! Just love them!!!
