Very terrible and unprofessional service since Covid, I went here (for the 5th year) for my annual checkup. The nurses multitask and don't care about patients. She drew my blood and used computers to print documents at the same time, blood fell out of tube and spilled all over the table. Very disappointment and frustration with the service I received when called front desk to inquire about whether my insurance is accepted by clinics. The lady who speak Mandarin and answered the phone was extremely rude, unhelpful, and had a bad attitude towards me. While I cannot comment on the quality of the doctors. I believe that the poor service I received from front desk staff was completely unacceptable.
