I love going to the dentist to see the staff and DrCopeland. I am always treated respectfully, with gentle and personable care by everyone in the office. Everything was carefully explained and procedures were completed efficiently and professionally. I love Copeland Dental and recommend them to all my friends as well as new comers to the Huntsville area.
I have been to a lot of bad dentists, Dr. Copeland (so far) is not one of them. He was open and honest and didn't try to get me to do 4,000. worth of unneeded work on my teeth. His comments when I mentioned what other dentists said to replace, "well, it's not perfect but it is working for you. My job is to watch it." HALLELUJA!
I had an amazing experience here. The staff are incredibly nice. The offices are clean. Dr. Copeland really listens to you and lays out options for plans of action. I will recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!
