We had an amazing,painless visit!
I think my appointment went very well. I especially liked Shelby, she was gentle & friendly. I liked the numbing gel as opposed to needles, I hate needles - always have. Dr. Copeland was friendly & answered all my questions. Overall, a good experience.
Any time I have been at Dr. Copeland’s office for anything it has been a great experience. No complaints from me!

Everybody in the office is so open and friendly without cutting even a smidgen in quality of service. I'm a pretty "tough cookie" and prefer omitting numbing if I don't have to have it. Still, Dr. C is very cautious, checking to be sure he's not hurting me. (Naw, he wasn't!). I like his attitude, too... not overly-infatuated with himself (at all), though quite knowledgeable in a variety of areas outside of "toothwrighting."
This is a great place and very professional staff. I feel welcome and they do a very good job on my teeth.
