The hygienist cleaned my teeth throughly, explained what she was doing and advised what I could do for better self care. I appreciate her professional job, hoping she will be assigned on my next visit.
The front desk personnel were very friendly and all smiles as we arrived. The wait time was not long. The dental hygienist was very patient, understanding and gentle with me. She explained everything she was doing and would ask if I had any concerns. The final exam by Dr. Copeland was thorough and precise. He too, asked if I had any concerns. I was very pleased with my first time visit.
My husband and I drive from Houston to Huntsville to maintain our dental health under the care of Dr. Copeland and his staff. The entire team is very attentive to our needs. Dr. Copeland is extremely knowledgeable of his craft. He is also a straight shooter, which we both love. All in all, I am extremely pleased with Copeland Family Denistry.
The appointment was given immediately to calm my concerns after having chipped my tooth. The staff got me in before I ever sat down in the waiting room. The staff was so understanding and very professional. She had me prepped and ready for Dr Copeland in no time. He explained fully what he was going to do to repair the chipped tooth. Dr. Copeland and his staffers care for patients in a positive, encouraging environment. Dr. Copeland is a superb dentist; and his dental hygienists do fine work as well. The family-oriented environment offers parents a wonderful experience.
I can honestly say I don’t think I have had such a great experience at a dentist as I did at Copeland Family Dentistry. I was greeted by name by the the receptionist, Emily who was so excited to meet my son and made him feel at home.
