Everyone at Copeland is very nice. Maggie cleaned my teeth & she is very efficient & thorough. It was a great experience.

The ladies in the front office are amazing, and they provided excellent customer service. Everything was explained, and all of my benefits were confirmed before I arrived for my appt. I was seen right away - no long wait times here. I have found my new dentist.

I just had a cleaning but she was very gentle & didn't scold me too much for not flossing.
Great experience from the minute I walked in the door.. Everyone from the receptionist to the check out clerk was super nice and friendly. Hygienist was gently and dentist was understanding and easy to talk to. I didn't have to wait at any time and that is very important to me.
Dr. Copeland and his staff operate a practice that makes you want to go to the dentist. His office staff, personnel, and his demeanor are patient oriented, and use the latest equipment. They WANT to be there for the patient. What more could you ask?
The office staff was efficient and professional. Despite my being late for the appointment they did your best to accommodate me.
