Verified Renter Since the new company took over, property maintenance and repairs has been awful. The elevator in the main building has been broken for over a month, pool and bbq areas not open yet, garages were shut down for almost 3 weeks, cockroaches in the building. I'm very disappointed with Greystar so far. I would have recommended this place to people before management switched hands. Not now.

Great apartment complex This place has everything you could ask for in an apartment complex with rents that are honestly such a steal. The biggest highlight is the management team, Sean and Heath, who genuinely strive to make both the application process and the experience of living here better. The apartments themselves also feel nice and renovated, and the buildings themselves feel clean and well maintained. There is also ample parking outside, which is a huge plus.
