I went to purchase a lift chair from you today. The salesman had to be prodded to get simple information. Then when asked to find something out about the chair, I was left twisting in the wind while he decided to leave me waiting while he opted to wait on that customer, who came in after me. I has done So (again) about my question, I was stalled yet again... and expected to continue to wait for a simple answer to a simple question while he helped a customer, out of turn. Months ago I went there to ask if they could fill a dog prescription. After they confirmed they could and how they would match Walmart's price, I returned 24 hours later with a written script. The pharmacists read back to me my phone number and told me they would call when it was filled. More than three months later ( today 05/01/2017) I returned to ask where it was. Their response was "April" the pharmacists quit and shredded the script without filling it . No phone call or anything was ever done. Now they say they can't ge... read more
