I was browsing over glasses for 25 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help. Guess they weren’t trying to make a sale! I don’t even recall being greeted as I came in.
Unacceptable service. Absolutely no regard for the patients valuable time. They’ll let you show up for an appointment that they canceled. They made a single attempt to call and lied about leaving a message. I’ll never go back.
