NOTHING WAS DONE TO REALLY RECTIFY THIS SITUATION, and thus this review... I waited for one week for the same tech. whom I requested by name to come to my home as last time...and another individual was sent. Despite a phone call stating he was "30 minutes to an hour away", he arrived about 2 hours after his phone call. This person was polite, however, I was not paying for politeness.
