Gregory recently assisted with the sale of our condo. He completely managed the process to renovate the condo prior to sale, which was very much appreciated since we were dealing with the purchase and renovation of a house, getting ready for a baby, etc. all at the same time.Gregory gave us piece of mind that everything was handled with the condo renovation so that we had nothing to worry about.
I rented from Simply Property Management-Paielli Realty for about two years and had a really good experience. The apartment was in great shape when we moved in and they did everything possible to keep it that way, even asking us at one point if there was any additional things they could do to improve the apartment.
