* My boyfriend and I have rented an apartment from Simply Property Management-Paielli Realty for the past 2 years and couldn't be happier. Our lanlord is Gregory Paielli and compared to the other landlords that we have experienced, HE IS THE BEST. When we found our apartment we couldn't believe they took dogs and where so affordable!Greg is also very quick to respond to any repairs that are needed!
The apartment was in great shape when we moved in and they did everything possible to keep it that way, even asking us at one point if there was any additional things they could do to improve the apartment. And Simply Property Management-Paielli Realty did their best to make paperwork and billing issues as painless as possible.
Simply Property Management-Paielli Realty is great. They were very helpful and accommodating during the initial process of finding a place and moving in. They were helpful with any requests or concerns that we had. The property my roommates and I moved in to has been taken care of to the highest degree. It was redone to a high standard before our arrival and very clean the day we moved in. Management has been fair and responsive since that point.
I have been very impressed with the service.I will definitely recommend your services for anyone that I know is looking to rent their property .
