I have 2 kids with braces so I am a frequent customer. Lol The staff is very friendly and very good with my children, especially since one of my kids has high functioning autism. They are very accommodating during the checking in process and for making appointments. The office is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this Orthodontist office. I was very pleased with the results from my braces...the staff was very supportive and very helpful throughout the process...Im sure it's not every day that they have a grandmother and granddaughter sitting in separate chairs having their braces adjustment :) They made the experience much easier!!

My daughter and brother both got their braces from Simply Orthodontics in Webster. Everyone on staff is friendly and polite, we have never had an issue in the three years we have been working with them. They are always available when we need help or advice, they make sure they explain every step of the way, and they remember them both when they come in each visit.
