The practice spent a significant amount of time with us upon the initial consult, explaining the process in detail. Dr Alkhoury reviewed the entire plan of care with us upon initial consult and again upon first visit, answering all questions. Since initiating care, the office has been very professional and welcoming. Upon each of our visits, the staff takes time to educate us about progress and expectations, as well as allow us to ask questions without feeling rushed.
