We've had 3 kids so far complete treatment and 1 currently wearing braces and Simply Ortho has been fabulous...excellent front desk staff, office manager and Dr Alkhoury really cares about each and every patient. His expanded offices are perfect for quality and efficient patient care!

My daughter got her braces with simply orthodontics. We have been to all the offices in Webster/Worcester location. All the staff members are very friendly, helpful with any questions you have. They guide you through the whole process with a smile :) I also love the water/ coffee /tv they provide for you while you wait. Its home away ... from home.. (thumbs up to everyone at simply orthodontics in ALL office!
This office will always have me as a customer. I have never had a bad experience here! Dr. Sam and his staff are always friendly and helpful. I had braces with them and now they are helping get new retainers. Even though I did not like having braces, the office made me feel comfortable when they worked on them. Such a great all around business! :)

My son Dylan had braces put on June 2015 until December 2016. We are still currently doing follow ups with the office. Both of my boys have been to Simply Orthodontics and we love the specialized attention to detail. I believe that they are focused on getting the teeth perfect and when other doctors might wrap up treatment, they work through all the fine adjustments to make sure things are right. I have 2 kids with braces so I am a frequent customer. Lol The staff is very friendly and very good with my children, especially since one of my kids has high functioning autism. They are very accommodating during the checking in process and for making appointments. The office is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this Orthodontist office. I was very pleased with the results from my braces...the staff was very supportive and very helpful throughout the process...Im sure it's not every day that they have a grandmother and granddaughter sitting in separate chairs having their braces adjustment :) They made the experience much easier!!
