I’ve been here several times the last few years, but my last two times were not good experiences. My shellac nails are chipping less than a week after. Last time I got bubbles & chipping the next day, so I went back - and she was rude & blamed me for it. After that, I had stopped going here because they’re not that friendly, don’t seem to do quality work, and they’re more expensive than where I regularly go. The only salon I go to and the only place I will recommend to friends and family! I bring my daughter for a special treat and it’s one of her favorite things to do! Alexis does an amazing job making my ideas reality and even takes them a step beyond. I am HARD on my nails as a chicken owner, gardener, and all around human. Alexis has listened to my feedback about how long my dip lasts and what happens and has figured out a thickness that will last a full three weeks. Truly amazing work!!! We had an exceptional experience at Simply Organic, where my three daughters and I received pedicures and manicures. It was reassuring to know that only organic lotions were used on our skin. The salon was very clean and professional. My girls also adored their friendly poodle puppy, Girly. We will definitely return. We are thrilled to have discovered an organic nail salon in West Michigan.
I wanted to love this place. I really really did because it’s so close to my house. I think I had a total of 10-12 manicures (both dip and shellac) here. I was just consistently having issues though. I went back in once 2 days after getting a shellac because it had a huge chip, and they were super nice about it and fixed it. But it kept happening with other manicures. I come here for pedicures and dip manicures. Every technician is friendly and skilled. Love the dogs (free) and Vietnamese eggrolls (for purchase).
