Absolutely phenomenal service on a very busy day. My nails were shaped exactly how I asked and the entire experience was done in a wonderfully professional, relaxed and unrushed pace. I would gladly recommend top nails to anyone! I've had acrylics for the last 5 years, always done by 2 friends whom own a salon in greenville nc. I went to TOP NAILS to let the owner know about my experience and show him my nails. He told me the scabs on my fingers were dirt or "something black" on my nail and took a cotton ball with alcohol on it and tried to wipe them off. He then told me that I would need to come back and talk with him and the person who did my manicure so he could find out what happened. I told him I was telling him what happened and wanted my money back. The person who did my manicure took a dremel tool and cut 7 of my cuticles. He had to wipe bl... read more
