After paying $70 for the hour long massage and gel for my toes. They rush the whole experience, and then my gel look absolutely awful! The girl had to take it off and re apply, and she was filing down the gel it hurt so bad because we all know gel isn’t easy to get off. My mother and I visited top nails and left very pleased with the results! They were super friendly, and clean there! Kept the wait time to a minimal and had us out of there in a reasonable amount of time! We both did SNS dip powder, they had numerous colors! Ombré my mother’s nails and they look fabulous! Highly recommend, we will be returning!
I searched Boone for a great nail spot. I finally found it! Kent makes sure my nails are quality so they last three weeks.
The tech doing my nails literally slapped my hand and would not let me touch my phone the entire time. I had to take a business call when I alternated hands and the technician jerked my hand and said "No". I walked out and didn't even finish getting my nails finished. I never went back to Top Nails and never will. They are rude and disrespectful and would not recommend anyone going there.
