Very impressed with the whole Simplx company. I was very pleased that Nate took the time to answer all my questions and was willing to recommend a system based on my families concerns. There was never any pressure for sales and their professional and friendly customer service was OUTSTANDING! The installation crew was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
