Could not be happier with our Simplx System! Jared was so great to work with. With Simplx you get the power of a great security system, and the attention of a local business. Their 5 star review tells you all you need to know. We contacted ADT, Vivint, Comcast, and FrontLine, and none of them came close to offering the intentionality and service we were looking for.
Jared was very professional and helpful in walking me through the entire system. Tom did a fantastic job as the technician. He even shop vac'd the messes which I thought was very cool!

Simplx Security is very professional and personable! They made installation very easy and worked around my schedule. Great training was provided and love the idea that I can use the app to arm and unarm my system. Jared was honest and only sold us the equipment that we actually needed and worked with us to decide what would work best for our home. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
I've been researching on many smart devices to secure my home /business. These guys have to all. Want to open your garage door for deliveries or a family member when not there (or see if you left it open), they've got it. Flood sensor, got it. Unlock door for kids before you've made it home, got it. Room motion sensors, glass break sensors.... got it, got it. Even camera systems! Get text messages if any devices are tampered with. Simplx is seriously amazing. I've priced systems over and over and haven't found anything as affordable and reliable as Simplx. I contacted them as a recommendation from someone who has had their service for a long period of time, and I have not been disappointed. They were in and out in a couple of hours for installation. Most importantly, they were friendly and professional. And now I have a peace of mind that my family is secure. Highly recommended!
