Let me start by saying they have FANTASTIC customer service. Jared, our account manager, was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend you contact him. We had Simplex install a security system in our new store front. It was fast and easy yet done with amazing care. I cannot say how much they impressed me. The system itself is easy to use and comes with an app on our smart phones that is incredibly user friendly. Simplex is definitely a five star company.
Just got our system installed and it couldn't of gone better. Great guys, answered all my questions. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a system.
Nate and Jared were both very knowledgable and helpful. As a home security novice, they were able to walk me through common issues and explained how everything worked. Their affordable price was nice also. Would definitely recommend.

We just switched to Simplx a few weeks ago, and I'm already so pleased! Not only was Keith great to work with during our installation--we had a question about our system that was addressed the same business day! No long phone tree, long wait times to be told we need a service appointment. Just a phone call and "sure, that's an easy feature to switch for you." Local service really is the best!
Jared and the guys came out today and installed our new system. They were great!! Friendly, courteous and they made sure things were set the way that worked for us. Thanks again!!
Keith Hickey was incredibly helpful. They were able to put our system in the same day and we were shocked at how affordable it was! He answered all our questions and even made suggestions on what would work best for our needs and home layout. The system that was put in is easy to use and integrates with our phones. So friendly, very professional, our family highly reccomends!
We gave Simplx a call this afternoon after speaking with multiple companies and getting quotes. We explaned to them that we needed it done immediately, and we wanted the best bang for our buck. We found that they were the best price, a local company, and all the employees were extremely professional.
