The first thing I liked about Simplx was that the owner of the company was the one who came to our house to give us a quote. He was not pushy and answered all of our questions. When we had the system installed they did a nice job and they did it quickly. I would recommend Simplx to anyone getting a security system.

Very professional crew they did a great job and also up front about prices no hidden cost. The owner is very friendly and don't mind a 11 pm phone call about a question I had. Glad I chose them could not ask for better security installers.
Nate and his team went above and beyond with our system. From talking to us multiple times on the phone, to answering ALL of our many questions during installation. They really want to get to know their customers and their specific needs, which is exactly how it should be. Their excellent customer service is a refreshing change! We should have done this much, much sooner.
