Very disappointed in the lack of emergency service.
Our company has used Simpleworks for years, and we have consistently received the highest level of service and commitment from them. They often go above and beyond to meet our needs and requests. It is such a relief knowing they are there when we have a problem. I highly recommend them.

Fair priced computer repair I have taken my computer to Simpleworks several times over the years and have never had to bring it back in for the same issue twice. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly but sometimes the turn around is a little slow.I definitely get the feeling that the work they do on a day to day basis is geared toward larger businesses and that their repair shop is more of a courtesy service.I would still recommend them highly as the quality of work is better than the geeks at the blue and yellow box store... read more
