He was understanding of my chemical/smell sensitivities and suggested a bamboo product that I might better tolerate due to the organic process used to create the boards. The price was very reasonable for such a beautiful, durable wood product especially with the discount being offered (carbonized bamboo in the darker shade called Bora).
