This was by far the worst experience I've had with a contractor. 1st they ordered the wrong material and tried to sell us on that is was right. Up front, we agreed to pricing. After the job was finished, they changed the pricing even though we had emails that confirmed the original pricing. All round, extremely poor service. I would highly recommend avoiding them as even what you get in writing isn't honored.
To Simple Floors staff; just a quick letter to thank you for the excellent job SimpleFloors did installing and finishing my new Oak Flooring. Your installers did a super job and cleanup after finishing the install. Also Nelu Petrovai did an excellent job matching the stain to old floor.
