To be fair, this company did not perform work at my location, but at a neighbor's unit in Byron Hills Condominiums. I watched him struggle to back his trailer, as it was very tight; there was another vehicle and a parking area that was JUST re-paved with asphalt and was roped off. In doing this, the young man caused the tape across the parking area to fall to the ground. I asked if he would please pull it back up, he stated "it was still attached".
