Everything is so easy.
The provider and the medical assistants were great. The front desk staff were okay but gossiping was going on. Unfortunately, the lab tech was rather unprofessional and seemed to sleeping or napping at the desk. She also said I wasn't on her schedule despite labs having been ordered weeks ago. And, she was upset that the medical assistant didn't have me wait in the lobby for bloodwork vs me being told to go to get labs after after leaving the exam room and checking out.
