The provider and the medical assistants were great. The front desk staff were okay but gossiping was going on. Unfortunately, the lab tech was rather unprofessional and seemed to sleeping or napping at the desk. She also said I wasn't on her schedule despite labs having been ordered weeks ago. And, she was upset that the medical assistant didn't have me wait in the lobby for bloodwork vs me being told to go to get labs after after leaving the exam room and checking out. I’ve never had such a great primary care provider. Ashley Daniels is AMAZING and I’ve always had such a great experience with all the staff anytime I’ve been there. Everybody is so friendly. I tell everyone about Ashley if they are looking for a new primary care provider because she is top notch!
The simple clinic staff in Clinton NC is amazing. They are will listen to you, and literally try to work you in. Dr. Ashley has been very helpful with helping me get better.
