They turned my hair grey, offered to fix it for free and END RESULT MELTED OFF MOST THE BACK OF MY HEAD OF HAIR and insisted on styling my hair before I left so I wouldn't notice.
Used to be my favorite salon! Horrible customer service there! No one knows what they are doing. Even after speaking with managers it is difficult to get issues resolved. My family and I will never go back.
