Not impressed with the facial I got; also I was suppose to get a discount on my first visit/first time customer and didn't receive it. I called and asked to speak with the manager...She was not in and the receptionist said she will have her call me. I'm still waiting for a call....It's been a week.
I had a great first time experience today! JD was my stylist and she did a fantastic job. I loved that she had many years of expertise and without knowing exactly what I wanted myself, she knew what would work well & I walked out 100% happy and feeling fabulous!
Seanna has great customer service and after my deep tissue massage I felt so relaxed!! Will be going back and referring friends and family!

April was AWESOME! She did an expert job on my hair. I got a haircut and a cute style to go along with it and it was everything I wanted and more! She also gave me good recommendations and advice and she was a delight to talk to as well. I will definitely be returning and I hope to schedule an appointment with her in the future sometime.
