The fact that we called 3 weeks ago with what we were looking for in a nail appointment (simple gel polish) and then to have the employee recommend her going to another salon after she was finished with the appointment? No nail color selection and luke warm service. Disappointed. We won’t be back.
Nicci is an amazing hair stylist! She always does fabulous work. The atmosphere at Simonson's is great and everyone is so nice. I highly recommend that you go see Nicci at Simonson's!
I am so dissatisfied in this Salon and Spa. If you screw up, you should put some effort into trying to fix it. Most unprofessional Spa I have ever been too. Please be better Simonsons!

I get my hair done there and that has been great. Lashes however have been a different story. I got them done and had issue the very next day. I called and they got me in to fix them. But I’m still having issues. My eyes won’t stop watering. They hurt. I feel like the ends of the extensions are poking my eye lid. I really don’t know what to do since I paid so much to have them on.
