Worst hospital ever!!!! Dr. William Kirby and his NP Samantha Williams are the most incompetent people in the medical field. They refuse to run necessary test to rule out various health conditions and then when you fight for medical care they dismiss you as a patient. If you want to die this is the place to go. If otherwise go to UAB.
Today was my first time visiting this office! And I promise it will be the last! My appoint was at 2pm I didn't leave until 4:45pm. The woman who examined me didnt not introduce herself or act like she knew what she was doing! I would not recommend this place! Side not she didnt call in my prescription...
The person who answers the phone is rude.
I do not recommend this facility. I don't believe their primary concern is quality healthcare. Many of the staff members are very adversarial, and cavalier in their interactions with patients.
