All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Dr. Simon is a kind, caring, compassionate dentist who care more about his patients than just making money.

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
