I HAD AN APT. AT 415, I had to call them because nobody showed up to the zoom meeting, it was a Zoc Doc apt. The lady who answered the phone then asked if I could do an appointment Tom. Im still on wait and its like 5 PM now...SO far pretty bad.bend on hold for 20 min
