My wife and I were in the market for our first Harley-Davidson. We went on the internet and found our dream bike at Simi Valley Harley. We got in contact with Ray one of the sales guy. Well just wanted to tell everyone my experience. After looking for a week for my first Harley, with Ray Lopez, and John started out looking at a new Street Glide it was alittle too expensive for my budget. But then those too did a fantastic job helping me to find a bike (used) that fit my personal budget. I am so happy with there great work and super way they did there job . I picked a used bike (Indian) in July 2017 great serivice and a great deal! On my 452 mile ride home. The sales person called me though out the day till I got home safely! Thanks Angel your the best! Keep up the great service.
Best place to buy a bike. And the people who work there are super cool.
I bought a used bike & they talked me into a life time battery warranty which I thought was great until my bike wouldn't start in the morning. So when I took the battery in they said they had to charge it to check & it was ok,sorry. So now I have a battery that won't start my bike & I need to buy one or jump it like I've been doing. So be aware on the battery warranty. Wasted about 200 bucks for nothing!
Great experience at your store - Rebecca was a doll - she was so nice and helpful - she even printed out a google map for us to our next location. We will stop by again on our next visit to your area.
