I recently bought a bike there. Everything went pretty well until it was time to take delivery. The sales manager all of the sudden decided he had to get involved for some reason. He's got to be one of the biggest jerks I've ever had to deal with, his name was Tim. Big blow hard, thinks he knows everything and treats you like an idiot, wasn't very nice to his staff either. If I had to work for this jerk I'd quit.
will never go back to the dealership if it's the only one in the state. sales manager & sales man will lie to you to your face.
This dealership is not very good to repeat customers. They will tell you one thing one the phone then when you show up to purchase your bike their story has changed from what they told you to get you in the door.
Purchased a brand new CVO Road King from them and they wouldn't give me what the owners manual plainly states it comes with, such as the CVO bike cover and tool kit!!
Will never go back . The staff there lies to you will never send anybody back in there.
