Nothing but the best service
My wife and stopped by just to take a look, really! It’s been a lot of years since I’ve owned a Harley and I was amazed by the engineering and improvements that have gone into these bikes in recent years. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The experience was like running into old friends you haven’t seen in a few years. A couple of visits later and we road off on a new Ultra Limited. And we also have some really cool new friends we can drop in on and visit at Simi Valley H-D!

Great crew and fabulous service. You won’t be let down. Everyone there is extremely nice and welcoming. To a new rider, it’s extremely intimidating walking into a Harley store and talking with experienced riders. They helped to take the edge off and eagerly answered my questions.
cool, knowledgeable, and honest dealership that are willing to find ways to work with you even if you’ve had credit problems in the past. They aren’t just thinking about selling you one bike, their customer service is geared towards you being a Harley customer for life, and how can you not respect that. The most dishonest dealer I have dealt with crooks

When a friend calls me and tells me he had a part installed by Simi Valley Hardly a Dealer and two weeks later the part is defective and falling apart and they want to CHARGE to replace the defective part, all I can say is complete BS. Guess Simi does not stand behind what it sells/installs and would rather lose customers then do what is RIGHT. Great business practice.
