I had gum grafting by Dr. La Rosa on both uppers and lowers and she did an amazing job. I've heard of others Periodontists in area who do not have good bedside manner and know through two surgeries that my results were good and the staff all very nice.

Today i had the most thorough dental exam id my entire 70-plus years and i found Dr la Rosa to be warm and gracious, extremely competent and very skilled at explaining what is going on. In addition the staff were all kind and helpful. It was a great visit and i would instantly recommend her.

Dr. Silvia La Rosa's hygienist Esther was such an amazing force of compassion, skill, and precision being the talent behind my big smile! TY, kindly for this! I had the worst experiences with billing just for my pre-pay-co-pay part as well as waiting up to 50 minutes for my scheduled appointment. The billing dept. could not keep their story straight between me and my spouse. I am a Certified Medical Staff Coordinator and was thrilled to find Dr. La Rosa to perform my oral surgery. It is so important to find a doctor that delivers high quality care and has a compassionate understanding of what her patients are going through. Dr. La Rosa is an intelligent, proficient, trustworthy, and compassionate physician. By far, the best oral surgeon I have ever seen. I highly recommend her.

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious
