I've lived here since June last year and my lease ends in May. They were kind enough to pro-rate the difference of me not living in it for 2-3 weeks after signing the lease, but after that they haven't really done much in the way of fixing things. I've had a shower door broken since August and still not fixed. I won't be moving into these apartments unless I have absolutely no other alternative. They'll want extra money from you years later after they already kept the deposits. Money hungry and never keeps up their end of the deal when it comes to maintenance (I once saw the man lean outside of a golf cart and use a hand grabber to pick up trash instead of getting out of the cart. That level of laziness.).
