Silversmith Creek Not my favorite place at all. I rented there because I had no choice. I signed an agreement for an apartment with a specific move in date. A week later I was told that I couldn't have that one as the current renters decided to stay. They tried to put me in another - of course I couldnt see in it, but felt from the location it would be pretty dark. I said no, then they talked to me about another one and I couldn't see it. Nice on the Outside, Ugly on the Inside This is a very nice and quiet neighbor to live in, I love it! The apartments on the other hand can be a little better. Floor plan is awesome, but management is horrible. You have to put in multiple maintenance request, just for them to come and not fix it properly. Water bill has double since I first moved in and management can not give you a reason why. Walls are paper thin and the front gate beeps ALL day and night and management will not lower noise. Silversmith Creek I just renewed my lease...for the fourth time. I have a really large apartment at a very reasonable price. The management and staff are above reproach, always helpful and informative. All maintenance issues are handled same day, including weekend emergencies. The new motion detector lighting and evening security guards are a most welcome improvement.
