Verified Renter It's not GREAT, but it isn't bad either. I adjusted better than I thought. It would be great if the trash valet really came to pick up my trash, and if the staff at the leasing office were available at the business hours displayed. Other than that, it's okay.

Verified Renter Hello I've been living on this property for 4yrs and I love it here. The office and maintenance staff is great. I don't have any issues. My kids bus come in front of apartments and my kids love they friends out here.

Verified Renter So far the best affordable decent apartments in Jacksonville. You’re nearby everything and that’s convenient. The pool is always nice and clean and a good gym as well.
