Verified Renter Is not clean, is not safe and no amenities. The grass is taking over the pool is out of service most of the time. The playground is used by teenagers to smoke weed at night and unsupervised children nocking on doors and running. My ring camera captures suspicious people wondering around. The property is bad.
Verified Renter It’s ok for a temporary place. It is relatively safe. But the door locks could be tremendously improved, along with a much better security camera system and have the & gym open
Verified Renter I have been a resident for about 5 years now and overall the experience is good. I feel safe returning back in the evening and walking from my car. I can find a parking spot near or in front of my building about 90% of the time. There are a few minor inconveniences, if my neighbors are smoking, the smell will drift in to my apartment through the bathrooms (closing the doors and air purifiers help)and the children outside running and screaming in the afternoons. Verified Renter My experience here at SilverSmith Creek has been Great. My apartment is Spacious and Very Nice. So far the Maintenance workers are friendly and Prompt. My husband and I have been living here since January 31, 2023, and we have no complaints.

The many property changes is also just a tad annoying only bcs that’s new system i have to use after getting used to previous. Over all they are good. It’s quiet. Ehhh... Great place to stay if you're not picky and need something cheap...Neighbors are kinda weird but hey, you don't bother me I won't bother you..A quiet community for the most part other than the petty low lives that call the tow trucks whenever you park in their spot..Yep....You get what you pay for..Maintenance SUCKS..They're lazy and don't know what they're doing.
