I am a visitor from Australia who finds it difficult to get a great cup of coffee in LA. I always have one at Silverlake Coffee when I visit Rockaway Records across the street. Last time I was hurrying to get an omelette and I knew they stopped serving breakfast early afternoon...I thought 2pm and got there 1.45 with great expectations of having a ham & cheese...alas it was 1.30 end of breakfast. Almost a "Falling Down" moment. So disappointed but will not miss out next time. Do yourself a favour!
