I went online to search for an available unit to move into on a Friday taking COVID19 precautions. I saw they had four units ready to move in, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs ( as shown available online). I was only looking for a downstairs unit because i have heavy musical equipment to haul weekly so I apply for the downstairs unit. I pay the $40 app fee and $100 to hold the apartment ( later turns out to be an administration fee ). I was debit $140 from my account. I really loved living here the whole 12 mos I was there, not once did I go to swim in the pool??? Too busy I guess. The staff was nice there, never had any issues.

affordable, gated and a safe place to live, great management and mantaice. complex is clean. nice neighborhood with great neighbors. peaceful. I like living here. everyone is nice to talk to. thanks for letting me live here. 😀😀 I give SilverCreek Apartments 5 🌟!
