If you like roaches stay here. It’s horrifying. It’s too bad because the areas outside of the apartments are well kept.
I recently moved from South Korea back to Arizona and needed a place to live for about 6-months. I found Silverbell Springs through a friend’s recommendation and they were able to get me settled with an apartment super quickly! The staff has been super kind and helpful. The maintenance member Zach and the office member Adyan are always kind and answer my requests day off. I am going to extend my lease.
I have had such a fantastic experience living here. When I look into communities to live, biggest thing I look for is a good management and maintenance team that is responsive and cares about your living situation. Firstly, management is awesome! They work with you and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. They are very responsive and even have a couple times gone out of their way after hours to help me (which I never expect, I know we all have homes we want to go to at the end of the work day!)
