Staff is welcoming and professional
I had an implant that began to be loose and I called for an emergency appointment. I was given a quick appointment and received bt the usual smiling staff. Upon examining the implant and taking X-rays, it was determined that the implant had in fact come loose. However, Dr. J assured me that the solution was a simple fix. Dr. J and his Dental Tech corrected the situation within 20 min and I was on my way feeling great. She listened carefully, understood my challenges, and worked with me to build a treatment plan that made sense.
