I noticed that you added your worthless 2 cents to my review. Lmao you have no idea who I am. I lived in several of their places for YEARS. Was never turned down by them. EVER. They were the last resort cause they can get you into a place quick BUT gouge the prices. They have horrible goons that threaten you if they don’t like you. I will not sit here and bash them. I will just state the facts, even if they might seem harsh. The only reason we rented from them was because they were the only ones who accepted our application in a timely manner and allowed us to move in fairly quickly. They were also more affordable than most of the places we were looking at. However, the place we rented was only 720 sqft for $1200 a month. Horrible company. I actually rented from them three separate times. Twice at coconut palms and once at Jones. Each time worse than the last. They have a nasty thug on staff that will threaten and call you names when you are moving out if you don’t do it fast enough for him. Even if you have given your notice. Scam artists that steal money through "application fees" for their properties. I was approved and then was ghosted. After contacting the BBB for their shady and downright CRIMINAL activity, they told me they wouldn't refund my $50 application fee only because I contacted the BBB. Please please warn everyone about these SCAMMERS. BTW, it's only libel if it's not true.
