My family and I reserved the Holiday Beach house, we arrived Friday night (April 16, 2021) Upon arrival we inspected the house and noticed several issues, one of the major issues was the AC door in the kitchen area was broken and leaning on the wall. Unfortunately, this house (No shoes, No shirt, No problem) was a huge disappointment. You know it's bad when your 17&13 year old boys comment on how dirty the place is. This house needs a deep cleaning and paint job. We walked up to a broken gate. Completely off the hinges. We had our dog with us and had to prop the gate to use. Bag of trash left on back porch. We stayed at Sunny & Chairs, represented by Silver Sands, for a brief family vacation in early August 2020. The house is lovely; it's a shame they are represented by such a terrible property management company. If they want their guests to receive good service, they need to contact with a responsible company. As soon as we arrived, we noticed the microwave had been removed from the kitchen, leaving an unsightly space over the stove that actually had graffiti written on the wall. Our stay was scheduled 3/22/20-3/28/20 at Beachaholic in Port Aransas If zero stars was an option, that is what Silver Sands would get from us. While the house, Beachaholic in Port Aransas, was a nice, well kept home, we had nothing but issues from the start. Upon checking in with our group of 10 we learned that the dishwasher was out and would not be fixed during our stay. Renter Beware! I'm writing this & giving 1* because mgmt has posted two FAKE 5* reviews under my name & by doing so have forced me to publicly air our issues. I tried setting the record straight by writing a review on their app but it won't accept my review. My brother wrote a review that is not visible on their website reviews.
