I've had several terrible experiences with Silver Linings. The counselor canceled three times, minutes before my therapy appointment. When I tried to get a new counselor, Silver Linings did not return my calls. Humana does not have a copay for telehealth visits, however, I noticed discrepancies with their billing practices. I do not recommend them.
I had been involved for myself with Silver Linings for a year or more. I found my visit very helpful and supportive. They understand and are very supportive. I wish to return and have reached out. They spoke with me that day. Thank you Silver lining for all you do for folks like myself. Older, alone and a bit desperate.
They don’t get back to you. Highly unprofessional. They keep telling me that my husband was assigned a therapist but no one has reached out to us and NO response to my calls or emails.
Total waste of time. Been trying to get mom to see Margo for months. Finally got an appointment with her right before Christmas, mom wanted to postpone until after Christmas because she didn’t want to bring up trauma before the holidays. Now we can’t get an appointment. Call to make an appointment and they say they will call back and never do.
Had some issues with finding a therapist that worked for me but Silver Linings NC did not give up. I now have a wonderful therapist. Thank You.
