NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR ANYONE PEOPLE ALWAYS DYING OUT THERE.
If you need to get in your feet and stay to yourself then it's OK. But trust me you don't want to be there long. Always paid my rent on time and probably was late twice. I filled out paper work and put a 30day notice in along with my rent then they said they didn't get it at all. Over charged me with cleaning fees saying I had a three bedroom but only had a two.
