No complaints, just went with another vehicle.
This dealer stands out: 1) prompt response to my question and followup question; 2) gave me straight forward answers I needed to make my decision, did not waste my time; 3) friendly email communication; 4) good followup. Ended up buying another vehicle but would have bought from this dealer if the other fell through. Would recommend to family and friends.
I didn't get the Viper but they helped me the best they could.
